Why Human Mortgage Exists
Andrew started Human Mortgage because he saw how impersonal the mortgage industry had become. Automated phone trees. Rotating advisors. Clients treated like file numbers instead of people making one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives.
The core belief was simple: the person matters more than the process. A mortgage isn't a transaction. It's a conversation. It's understanding someone's life, their goals, their worries, and then finding the mortgage that actually fits.
We're not a call center. We're not a faceless brand. We're two people who care, and we built this company to prove that mortgage advice can be better.
